The primary purpose of the position is as a full-cycle accountant, completing all business office tasks, including but not limited to, quarterly and annual billing, monthly financial reporting, and daily customer service requirements.  Additional responsibilities include the general management and coordination of customer communication and services, along with customer account management. 

The finance department performs all traditional functions, including monthly financial reporting, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, investment management, payroll, and utility billing (wastewater). The finance department also leads the annual budget preparation process and manages the annual financial and compliance audit.
