(vi) USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) requests a Contractor to assist the BARC facility in completing monthly, yearly, and triennial inspections for Underground Storage tanks (USTs), Above Ground Storage Tanks (ASTs), and support the facility Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC). It includes replacing six under dispenser containment sumps, four 12,000-gallon underground fiberglass reinforced plastic gasoline storage tanks, associated piping, fittings, monitoring systems, and accessories.
