CEST on 4 September 2023.The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the Motor Pool Equipment (MPE) on Ramstein Air Base (TYFR), Ramstein Air Base (CTS) – Construction & Training Squadron (MTMC) in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation.Questions regarding this solicitation are due in writing not later than 1000 (CEST) on 9 August 2023.

This requirement directly supports the SIAD Motor Pool and Facilities Equipment Maintenance Division (FEMD) and will provide for the rapid delivery of necessary vehicle; Heating, Ventiation and Cooling (HVAC); and building/structure repair and maintenance parts. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The effort will consist of three ordering years.

Under this BPA, L&M provides the following logistics support services through the issuance of firm-fixed-price (FFP) task orders:(a) Equipment Services(b) Motor Pool and Transportation Services(c) Flight Hardware Support Operations Services(d) Shipping and Receiving Services(e) Mail Services(f) Moves and Furniture Services(g) Property Disposal Services(h) Material, Property, and Warehouse Management ServicesNASA/MSFC intends to procure continued uninterrupted

Along with the kayaks there are additional equipment that needs to be included such as but not limited to: safety gear, kayak seats, fishing poles, tackle, lures, chairs, paddles, seats, hydration coolers, personal floatation devices (PFD s) and kayak carts. The trailers will decrease the need for a bus from the motor pool just for equipment. It also allows for equipment to be secured during travel and necessary stops.
