Each motorized laser safety blind should be individual controlled. Also, the motorized laser safety blinds should have wall panel control switches, not wireless, and at least pure flat black color on the laser side.  List any redundancy or actuation of the laser safety blinds if the motor portion for the motorized laser safety blinds fails. 

Disconnect and remove motorized blinds at the skylights. Replace water damaged suspended ceilings in the performance spaces and theatre entrance. Replace lighting fixtures in these ceilings. Remove existing and install new lightning protection system. Remove, salvage and reinstall exterior roof-mounted light fixtures. Replace existing fixed ladder from lower to upper roof to conform to current code requirements.
