The Electrical Services Program is to provide the University’s Mount Graham International Observatory with ongoing electrical system inspection, testing, infrared and ultrasonic surveying, and preventive maintenance. The Service Program is to be initiated, scheduled, administered, and updated by the Successful Vendor.
