In order for the authorized distributor/supplier to participate in the MSPV Program, the authorized distributor/supplier and the Prime Vendor shall establish a Commercial Agreement within 30 days of this award. The Commercial Agreement will govern the terms and conditions of the authorized distributor/supplier relationship and will not contradict the underlying terms and conditions established by this BPA or the underlying MSPV Contract.
