The BPA quotes will be evaluated on a best value basis for the non-price factors listed below per FAR 52.212-2. Multiple BPAs may be established based on the quality of the quotes received and a determination of what is most advantageous to the Government.
The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in multiple BPA awards. The total volume of purchases will not exceed $249,000 over a 5-year period per BPA unless the BPA is terminated earlier. The BPA does not obligate any funds. The Government shall be obligated only to the extent of authorized orders actually placed via a properly executed BPA Call.
