The proposed contract action is for continuing development and support of multiple Business Process Management (BPM) applications using PEGA specific software. Other than full and open competition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(C).This announcement constitutes the only announcement for this requirement.
The purpose of this RFO is to select up to three (3) experienced Pension Solution Planning Consultants with detailed knowledge and experience with business process alignment, business process re-engineering and functional change for multiple business programs across an organization as part of an enterprise-wide technology transformation project to work within the Technology Services Branch.
SETA Support Servicesresponsibilities include incident and problem resolution, configuration and developmentof approved enhancements, leading business process re-engineering efforts acrossbusiness systems, converge multiple solutions supporting the same business processinto a single Enterprise Instance for all business systems, and implement centralizedmulti-Cloud management to report and control Cloud cost and performance.
Pickup locations may be revised, increased, or decreased dependent on DoD structural changes, alignments, operational tempo, and business process changes. Routes may include multiple stops and split pickups.
Responsibilities include incident and problem resolution, configuration and development of approved enhancements, leading business process re-engineering efforts across the Army's enterprise business systems, convergence of multiple solutions supporting the same business process into a single Enterprise Instance for all business systems, and implementation of centralized multi-Cloud management to report and control Cloud cost and performance.
