The Municipal Building currently houses 16 staff and has had to restrict growth due to the lack of available space in the current facility.
The Assessment will detail needed interior and exterior repairs of the current building with cost estimates, include life expectancy of materials and systems, and provide recommendations for maintenance, continued code compliance, and improvement necessary for continued operations. The Municipal Building was constructed in 1929 and consists of a main level (approx. 17,000 SF), including a gymnasium, two separate second floors, and one basement.
