Under the Utah Test Training Range (UTTR) Performance Based Remediation (PBR) Contract, the contractor recently completed Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) Remedial Investigations (RIs) at four East Side Munitions Response Sites. The next phases of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) process include the Feasibility Study (FS), Proposed Plan (PP), and Record of Decision (ROD).

TCEQ is seeking a vendor to provide timely technical support to the agency, on an as-needed basis, on various Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) projects related to the investigation and cleanup of Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) at Munition Response Sites (MRS) in Texas.
