CST on Thursday, February 16, 2023 , for lighting to illuminate the newly painted mural, Together We Bloom, as requested by the City of Cedar Rapids Community Development Department . The City will only accept proposals submitted through the City’s Online E-Procurement portal system (IonWave). Email, fax or hard copy Submittals are not acceptable.

Havelock Mural Program: $25,000 (Maximum Budget Request) A Successful Proposal to paint a pre-designed mural will be funded for a term of three months. Due to the expedited nature of this request, the City estimates a start date of June 1, 2023 or earlier.

This is a call to artists 18 years or older and is open to professional public artists or artist teams based in Arizona who have successfully completed previous mural works using various media.

The public bid opening will be held at the West Bank Purchasing Department at 200 Derbigny Street, Suite 4400, Gretna, LA 70053 beginning at 2:30 p.m. on each bid opening date for the following project: Labor, Materials and Equipment Necessary to Fabricate and Install a Mural at Bayou Metairie Park for Jefferson Parish Parks and Recreation.
