CST on Thursday, February 16, 2023 , for lighting to illuminate the newly painted mural, Together We Bloom, as requested by the City of Cedar Rapids Community Development Department . The City will only accept proposals submitted through the City’s Online E-Procurement portal system (IonWave). Email, fax or hard copy Submittals are not acceptable.
Havelock Mural Program: $25,000 (Maximum Budget Request) A Successful Proposal to paint a pre-designed mural will be funded for a term of three months. Due to the expedited nature of this request, the City estimates a start date of June 1, 2023 or earlier.
This is a call to artists 18 years or older and is open to professional public artists or artist teams based in Arizona who have successfully completed previous mural works using various media.
