MCDPH is seeking to partner with multiple local community artists to establish a list of available mural artists that MCDPH may contact on an as-needed basis for a total of two (2) years. All work assignments shall be on an “as needed” and “as requested” basis. MCDPH shall identify and prioritize all services to be provided as well as negotiate the individual work assignments from those Contractors issued a contract under this solicitation.
Artists will be involved in assisting community members in the development of the concept and focus of the mural. Multiple and/or partial awards may be made based on what is deemed to be the most advantageous to the County. MCDPH is seeking to partner with multiple local community artists to establish a list of available mural artists that MCDPH may contact on an as-needed basis for a total of two (2) years.

At this time MCDPH has identified one school for a mural placement however there may be additional opportunities in the future. The intent of this quote is to establish a list of available mural artists that MCDPH may contact on an as-needed basis over the next two years.
Selected Artist(s) will be involved in the process of finalizing the list of mural locations. Selected Artist(s) will be expected to work with the Mural Committee and mural location property owners to determine final install sites, designs, and timelines.
