The contractor shall (IAW Performance Work Statement) furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform laundry/dry cleaning services. Laundry services for JBSA include pick-up and delivery at Lackland, Randolph, Kelly, and Camp Bullis areas. All services shall be provided in accordance with commercial industry practices.

Linen is sorted by NAF Linen Exchange/Custodial Workers prior to pick up by linen cleaning service. During normal operating procedures, linen is picked up and returned 5 days per week. Estimated laundry required to be serviced is 13K to 28K pounds (approximately 200 to 2K pieces) PER MONTH.
Non-Personal Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, supervision, other items and services necessary to perform both laundry and dry cleaning services for Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia.
