The vendor must possess the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) Certification.
Any HDD which has a fail status must be shredded, at cost to offeror, by offeror if they offer such service which meets AAA NAID or other comparable standards or by a third party which will be required to provide AAA NAID or other comparable certifications for destruction as well as certificates of destruction for each HDD destroyed.
