Statement of Work forAnnual Financial Audit of the NASA SSC Exchangeand SSC Recreational Association Background The NASA SSC Exchange located at the John C. Stennis Space Center (SSC), is a non-appropriated funds instrumentality of the U.S. government, tasked with the operation of activities that contribute to the efficiency, welfare, and morale of NASA personnel.
Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Labor support for advancing NASA SSC NASA Platform for Autonomous Systems (NPAS).NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to D2K Technologies, 5062 Nighthawk WAY Oceanside, California 92056-5454, United State under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
Work associated w ith this requirement includes the rehabilitation of both the upper and low er miter gates at the NASA SSC Canal Navigation Lock. A miter gate consists of a left and right-hand leaf that are opposite hand but otherw ise identical. The Contractor shall remove and lay flat each miter gate leaf on a deck barge for rehabilitation.
Such criteria may include, but are not limited to:• Alignment with NASA's mission, purpose and the long-term development objectives and plans for SSC;• Benefit to SSC, NASA and other U.S.
Performance will be located at NASA/ Stennis SpaceCenter (SSC).The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and proceduresprescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541690Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to theidentified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m.
