The areas to be treated are located on the Fort Pierre National Grassland (FPNG) located in central South Dakota.These species are located predominately on upland rangeland; however, there are some infestations around riparian areas. The identified species will be treated during the plants’ developmental stage when optimum effectiveness can be obtained, preferably the rosette to flowering stage.

(vi) Description:  The services covered in this solicitation and resultant contract are for the spot treatment and broadcast application of herbicide to noxious weeds and the inventory of those treated areas on National Forest System lands.
