This acquisition is for cable infrastructure replacement support and the transition of voice and data communications to the NGIC's Nicholson building located at U.S. Army Installation Rivanna Station in Charlottesville, VA. The current PWS tasks the contractor with providing required CISCO brand name equipment, installation, and testing services to NGIC with upgraded Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems and complete architecture transition support for floors 3 through 5 of the Nicholson building to a new platform.
