Both requirements reside within the SBA 8(a) Program.
The National Guard Bureau Acquisition Directorate (NGB-AQ-C) is seeking sources for Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) for the National Guard Bureau Aviation Safety Division. This requirement is in support of the ARNG NG Supplement 1 to the AR 385-10. HFACS is one of the courses required to be a Certified Accident Investigator to conduct ARNG Accident Investigations.
