Description: Scope of Services: To establish and/or provide maintenance of native planting areas at various locations throughout the City.  The locations of the areas under this scope of services, many of which surround manmade lakes and drainage areas, includes Cherry Hill Lake, Greenfield Lake, Orchard Lake, Aurora Police Department, Fire Station 7, Indian Trail and Farnsworth, and Riverwalk behind River Street Plaza.

The scope of this project is to establish native plantings in excavated pools, on an earthen embankment, and in a borrow ditch that have been constructed by others. The site will be ready to begin planting in Spring 2023. The project work includes soil preparation, planting of custom native seed mixes, and maintenance of the native plantings for up to 5-years. 

Native plantings and bioengineering are proposed in coordination with habitat improvements along the restored corridor, upstream of the mapped resource protection area.All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and other appurtenances and/or incidentals required and any other work required as specified in the Contract Documents, shown on the Drawings, or otherwise required to complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Contract

; and Installation of native plantings in the front of the school and tree plantings at the rear of the site.
