BackgroundFleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) has an upcoming (FY24) requirement for a contractor with qualified personnel to provide Personal Assistance Services (PAS) at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Cecil Commerce Center in Jacksonville, personal residence(s) of FRCSE personnel on telework days, and various CONUS locations for occasional work-related travel.
