Some of the services includes operational, maintenance, corrective services, and repairs for all Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), Civil Engineer End Items (CEEI), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Weight Handling Equipment (WHE), support vehicles, and Containerized Base Camp Facilities items located at Naval Base Guam, Guam (NBG), or various locations on and off NBG and adjacent locations.

SEA TURTLE NESTING BEACH MONITORING AND NEST PROTECTION ON NAVAL BASE GUAMThe Contractor shall provide environmental services to conduct monitoring to document sea turtle nesting activity of the endangered Green sea turtle (Chelonia mydas) and Hawksbill sea turtle (Eretmochelys imbritica) on Naval Base Guam (NBG) managed beaches, to implement nest protection, and to control invasive plant species at nesting beaches that obstruct emergence of hatchlings

Amendment 0012 of Solicitation N40192-20-R-1300 is hereby issued on August 28, 2020.The date for receipt of proposals remains unchanged at September 9, 2020 at 4:30pm local time (Guam).This procurement is intended for construction services to repair and modernize Lima Wharf and appurtenances at Naval Base Guam Apra Harbor.

Guam time.  If you wish to attend the site visit, meet at the Infusion parking lot outside the main gate of Naval Base Guam (NBG) at 8:00 a.m. (Guam time) on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 and bring good hiking boots/footwear, sufficient water to stay hydrated, sunscreen, bug spray and adequate clothing for a hike.  There may be sword grass so long pants, long sleeve shirt and hiking gloves are recommended.
