The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision to properly collect and dispose of non-hazardous solid waste; including administrative office waste, industrial operations waste, bulky items, recyclable material, green waste, rubbish and construction debris, and foreign source garbage received from ships at Naval Weapons Station Earle locations in Leonardo and Colts Neck, New Jersey.

The services to be provided will support a variety of administrative, industrial, recreation type facilities, ships berthed at Naval Weapons Station Earle, and will be accomplished by means of a combination Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for recurring (FFP) and non-recurring (IDIQ) requirements, and are consistent with the FAR 37.101 definition of service contracts.
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to help The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Naval Weapons Station Earle (NWSE) understand industry best practices and sources capable of meeting the requirements detailed by this announcement. NWSE welcomes responses from all interested parties; however, no decision or award of contract will be made based on responses from industry.

An additional option is included to dredge approximately 87,027 CY of mud and silt material at Pier CAD-A, Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, Virginia along with incidental related work.
