The District is seeking responses from entities qualified or experienced in operation of pedestrian drawbridges over navigable waters with respect to the challenges, risks, expectations and potential costs associated with the staffing and operation of such a facility.

West Coast between Washington and California inclusive of all navigable waters of sufficient breadth and depth which permits continuous year round passage.  This is a new requirement.  The period of performance is one (1) base year with four one-year options, an alternative bid is a period of performance of 1 year with nine one-year options. 

To effectively implement Utah’s multiple-use policy, FFSL strives to ensure public access to navigable waters for commerce, navigation, fishing, swimming, and recreational boating, while also working to preserve these lands in their natural state.
