The Navigation Center is an interim homeless housing project that consists of two (2) buildings and can house up to twenty-five (25) people in each building. The original HVAC system was installed in 1978 and needs replacement.

Please refer to Addendum No. 1 Project is to repair and modify an existing school building to be a navigation center for the homeless. The center will have a 50 bed capacity along with new bathing facilities, dining area (no kitchen), training rooms and administrative offices. The existing use is E occupancy and will be changed to R1, B, A2 and S occupancies.
