The facility must be located within 20 miles from the NBAF campus (1980 Denison Ave, Manhattan, KS, 66502). Services include providing posteroanterior (PA) (1-view) only and posteroanterior (PA) and lateral (LAT) (2-view).The Government contemplates a firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a base year and four option years.
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, requires custodial services for the NBAF campus to augment the existing USDA custodial staff to service facility to include multiple buildings with multiple floors. The Government intends to award single firm fixed price purchase order with option years.The requirements are further detail in the attached Requirements Document.
