This application will be referred to as Federal Lands Funds Workflow System (FWS).  FHWA envisions FWS as an application that could be used to standardize the funds management process within Federal Lands Highways (FLH) by implementing and leveraging a new Funds Workflow System. Using this new system, FLH will load allocations as well as actual commitments, obligations, and expenditures to accurately track their project costs.
