The contractor will be required to operate, maintain, and develop new capabilities for NCIS Cyber Directorate’s custom classified data aggregation and analysis system. This system serves as the backbone for NCIS Cyber Directorate’s data centralization projects and enables NCIS and community analysts and agents to leverage NCIS Cyber Directorate’s digital information to enhance their investigative and operational capabilities.
Working with NCIS Cyber Directorate, the contractor will be responsible for bringing a mission focus that continuously identifies new performance methods, processes, and procedures for applying information technology to improve NCIS’ mission performance. In addition, the contractor will be required to conduct an array of strategic tasks and provide recommendations to improve and enhance NCIS’ threat intelligence more efficiently.
