An equivalent combination of relevant education/experience/professional licenses may be considered.EXPERIENCE: Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience including research, public education, management, negotiations, construction site supervision, budget development and management, watershed-based planning, urban environmental planning, development of storm water management systems, preservation/restoration of urban ecosystems, grant writing
a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of day labor site strategic coordination and provision of related services for the County of Fairfax, Virginia.
Additionally, the selected firm shall confect a SOQ based on their analysis for a full ERP solution and assist the Parish in software evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations. On-site consultation is expected at various stages of the process.
The 2.19 acre project site is located within downtown Fairfield on Texas Street. The development proposal must be attractive, financially feasible and consistent with the City’s goal of bringing urban living and commercial development to the Heart of Fairfield. From the proposals and follow up interviews, the City will select one candidate to enter into exclusive negotiations to develop the Texas Street site.
