USAID/Guatemala hereby provides notice of its intention to modify contract number 72052020C00001 with Dexis Consulting Inc. for the Justice and Transparency Project. The modification aims to increase the total estimated cost by $8 million and extend the period of performance by 24 months from April 30, 2025, to April 30, 2027. Additionally, the selected firm shall confect a SOQ based on their analysis for a full ERP solution and assist the Parish in software evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations. On-site consultation is expected at various stages of the process.
The 2.19 acre project site is located within downtown Fairfield on Texas Street. The development proposal must be attractive, financially feasible and consistent with the City’s goal of bringing urban living and commercial development to the Heart of Fairfield. From the proposals and follow up interviews, the City will select one candidate to enter into exclusive negotiations to develop the Texas Street site.
