Interested firms must have recent cell tower lease experience, which includes but is not limited to fair market value evaluations, property assessments, carrier negotiations, site location and future expansion assessments, site management, ground space leasing, cell tower site selection and cellular site feasibility audits.
Proponents will be available to help DFO staff to prepare and implement site assessment or parts thereof on an as-needed basis. BACKGROUND This standing offer is designed to provide external resources to assist with environmental site assessments including Federal Phase I, II, III and Detailed-Site-Investigation-level site assessments for DFO on an as-needed basis.
