Project Description :

The City is working to deliver a new neighbourhood road connection (Meadowview Lane) from the community of Riverside to the community of Mission, which will include the closure of the existing CN rail crossing at Meadowview Drive to a new location on Meadowview Lane. Design has been taken to a 60% level and now requires finalization that will provide an IFT/IFC to empower the construction of the roadway (subject to budget approval).

The depots are located in the Nesters neighbourhood at 8010 Nesters Road and in the Function Junction neighbourhood at 1001 Lynham Road. The RMOW is inviting qualified Proponents to provide proposals for attendant services to assist residents with their recycling and waste disposal at the RMOW Waste & Recycling Depots at Nesters and Function Junction for the next five (5) years (commencing September 16, 2022).

This construction package consists of a neighbourhood collector road and a local residential road. In total, the works in this program include, but are not limited to, the following:  approximately 2,700 square metre of full depth milling;  approximately 230 tonnes of granular base;  approximately 650 tonnes of asphalt paving;  approximately 500 square metre of landscape restoration; and  minor asphalt driveway and drainage improvements.

11128 Construction - Central Rutland Sewer - West Phase Project Description :Sanitary sewer servicing for 194 homes in the Central Rutland neighbourhood, west of Rutland Road and between Hwy. No. 33 and Springfield Road.

The program includes replacement of water mains, sanitary sewers and storm water drainage infrastructure in the Alta Vista neighbourhood. Affected roads are to be resurfaced along with those that are identified as requiring rehabilitation. All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
