Kerr hydropower generators to meet current NERC and SERC Reliability Corporation (SERC) compliance reporting requirements. The model validation reports shall be in accordance with requirements of the current version of NERC standard, MOD-025, MOD-032, MOD-026, and MOD-027 as well as associated SERC Reliability Corporation requirements.
Furnish all personnel, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, travel, and all other services as required in connection with generator, governor, and excitation system model validation testing (this includes, but is not limited to, test equipment, laptops, and software).
