The system runs experiments at the NIST Net-Zero Energy Residential Test Facility on a continuous basis, and NIST cannot afford to have down time in the future. ADS is uniquely qualified to continue to maintain and update the system as needed by NIST due to their intimate familiarity with the system.
The three (3) fire stations are approximately 14,000 square feet each, incorporate Net-Zero Energy principals, and are relatively similar in design. Each fire station incorporates similar floor plan and building structure.
