The Cellular Network Emulator (Callbox) shall enable the full range of communication options in all WWAN (Wireless Wide Area Network) bands operating in the U.S., including 5G NR FR1 and FR2, and for both stand-alone and non-stand-alone modes. The objectives are to test for compliance to FCC Rules CFR Title 47 §20.19 for Hearing aid-compatible mobile handsets to the standards: ANSI C63.19 & TIA 5050 Volume Control.

The NAICS code for this procurement is 334118.Requirement: The Government requires three (3) PacketStorm 400E IP Network Emulators. This specific emulator is required in order to ensure compatibility with an existing infrastructure, reduce duplicate costs and avoid delays. All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement, which shall be considered by the agency.

In addition, obtain a Joint Network Emulator (JNE), a Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) library that runs on top of Exata, which provides user approval by a Government entity.See attached documents for additional details.
