The network is called the Summit County Public Safety Fiber and Communications Network (“SCPSFCN”), a 125 mile fiber optic ring which will be constructed starting in 2023 with completion planned by the end of 2025. This network will be built to provide a point of connection to the communities listed in APPENDIX A – Community Locations’ Addresses.
