This proposed action is for the acquisition of (300) specialized Newborn Screening Kits. Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 3701-55-02 requires these kits. It was determined that The Ohio Department of Health is capable of meeting the Government’s specifications in the attached Statement of Work.
