SCOPE OF WORK D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist generally of the construction of a Scum Dewatering Building complete with odour control, yard piping, road works, landscaping, and connection to existing structures located at the City of Winnipeg North End Water Pollution Control Centre (NEWPCC). Work also includes upgrades to scum wasting in Primary Clarifiers 1, 2 and 3.
