Nitrogen Gas Generator Project Description :The University of Calgary intends to purchase the Peak Infinity XE 6020 Nitrogen generated for an existing Thermo Fisher LC-MS. The Peak Infinity has intelligent membrane management (IMM), a unique capability that optimizes compressed gas requirement based on gas consumption.
This project is to furnish and commission a nitrogen gas generator to provide nitrogen gas cylinder refilling system at a stable purity and flow IAW the SOW.

The Contractor shall provide for a total of forty-five (45) 6000-psi (6K) bottles of Nitrogen Gas (GN2) in accordance with MIL-P-27401, Type I, Grade B. Purity shall be 99.99% by volume, minimum. Impurities: 100 ppm by volume, MAX; Water 11.5 ppm, total hydrocarbons as Methane 5 ppm, Oxygen 50 ppm, Argon 20 ppm, Carbon Dioxide 5 ppm, Carbon Monoxide 5 ppm. Each individual bottle shall be tested and certified.
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division in Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) is looking to identify potential sources and requesting information pertaining to the availability of reliable nitrogen gas generators. The nitrogen generators shall employ membrane technology to produce nitrogen gas from ambient air. The production rate of the generators shall be 25 SCFM minimum.
