Scope of Work: Provide all labor, equipment and material to construct the new Emergency Services Building at Knollcroft Road and Second Circle Drive, NJHCS, Lyons Campus. The work shall include but not limited to all permitting, site work, excavation, foundation installation and related masonry work, steel erection, plumbing roofing, electrical, communication, data, interior finishes, paving and landscaping.

The project consists of, but is not limited to; Construction Services: Provide all labor, equipment and material to renovate the existing waste water plant at the NJHCS, Lyons Campus. The work will include but not limited to the installation of a copper filtration system, the replacement of the UV system, the rebuild of the existing sand filters and related equipment in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided.
