The reason for this amendment (0006) is to add Reference 2019 Valve List NOAA Fairweather Dry Docking that is listed on Paragraph 3.17.1.c of Attachment I. The attachment and SF30 for Amendmant 0006 ate inthe list of attachments.
(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Fairweather the purchase of Zodiac polar items.
(v) Line items are as follows:CLIN 1: Two sets new 300’ shore power cables(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Fairweather requires two sets of 300’ shore power cables (3 cables per set) with specific ABS certified fittings, with delivery. Vendor must provide quote including shipping and delivery time frame on company letterhead, and referencing the solicitation # NMAN7200-20-00795 in the email subject.
For estimating purposes, assume the delivery address is NOAA Ship Fairweather, 2002 SE Marine Science Drive, Newport, OR 97365-5275. However, once the installing shipyard is identified, it is anticipated the shipping address will change to that location. The Contractor shall store the switchboards and any additional equipment necessary until delivery for installation.
(v) Line items are as follows:CLIN 1: Lube oil purchase for NOAA Ship Fairweather(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Fairweather requires the procurement of 880 gallons of Chevron Delo 100 SAE 40, 110 gallons of Chevron Rando ISO 46, 220 gallons of Chevron Delo 400 15W40, and 110 gallons of Chevron 80W90 lubrication oil in Alameda, CA.
(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA ship Fairweather requires pumping and disposal of sewage several times between 3/5/20 and 4/5/20 as shown on the statement of work. Vendors should provide quotes that show price per visit, of up to 4000 gallons each event. Pricing should include all fees. Quotes need to be provided on company letterhead.
