Competition under this solicitation is limited to only those contract holders.
(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The NOAA Ship Nancy Foster requires the procurement of waste removal service. They require a 10 yard, closed top waste container, available and remain on site, with disposal/exchange on request by NOAA ship personnel. Disposal/exchange will occur up to 20 times per year. Quotes must include signed agreement to provide waste remvoal services at FLETC.
