Non-agricultural projects are expected to demonstrate beneficial use of biosolids and provide alternative uses outside the existing provincial guidelines. Any proposed project must meet all conditions of Alberta Environment and Protected Areas and be viable for authorization under the Environmental Protection & Enhancement Act.
