DLA Troop Support Agency’s Subsistence Produce Program is interested in comments and feedback regarding the Agency's full line produce support to Department of Defense (“DoD”) military aka (“Troops”) and Non-DoD, United States Department of Agriculture ("USDA") Schools customers throughout New Jersey and Lower New York Zone. An award has been made for fresh fruits and vegetables support for DoD Troop and Non-DoD USDA School and Reservation customers in the Western Upper New York Zone to Latina Boulevard Foods, LLC. The contract length is five years total with a final expiry date of April 14, 2029. The total contract maximum is $125,166,595.80.

Each support contractor’s employee having access to technical and cost proposals submitted in response to this BAA will be required to sign a non-disclosure statement prior to receipt of any proposal submissions. An offeror may require the non-government personnel to execute a supplemental non-disclosure agreement by including a copy of the NDA with their proposal.
Produced design of a comprehensive renovation of Unaccompanied Personnel Housing Projects to meet current DoD standards. Design of dormitory style housing for non-DoD personnel will be considered relevant, however less relevant than DoD projects.c.
