This project is for professional facilitation services needed to establish and operate a new, organized collaborative effort comprised of governmental and non-governmental stakeholders involved or with expertise in forest management and ecological restoration on the Kaibab National Forest’s North Kaibab Ranger District (NKRD).
Permits to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of Government-owned recreation facilities located on the North Kaibab Ranger District (North Zone) and Williams Ranger District (South Zone) of the Kaibab National Forest will be issued. The North Zone offering includes 3 sites with an average gross revenue of $155,264.45, the South Zone offering includes 4 sites with an average gross revenue of $516,695.23.

The North Kaibab Ranger District visitor center was built in 1992. The building is single story building with standardinsulation and windows on all exposures. The visitor center is approximately 1,552 square feet. The building needsmaintenance in several areas.
