Department of Revenue Post-Filing Notice Adopted and Filed Regulations Oil & Gas Production TaxOn November 9, 2021 the Department of Revenue, Tax Division adopted regulation changes to Title 15, Chapter 55 of the Alaska Administrative Code relating to the Oil and Gas Production Tax and Oil Surcharge, Alaska Statutes, Title 43, Chapter 55.
The adopted regulations: Added a new subsection, 15 AAC 23.360 describing requirements for donating to the dividend raffle fund and eligibility for prizes; Added a new subsection, 15 AAC 23.370 describing the procedures to conduct the dividend raffle as authorized by AS 43.23.230.

On April 12, 2024, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulations changes in Title 12, Chapter 52 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
On April 24, 2024, Department of Administration, Office of Procurement and Property Management adopted regulations in 2 AAC 12.400. The regulations concern raising the monetary threshold for reasonable and adequate, small procurements. The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on April 24, 2024, and are effective on May 24, 2024.
The adopted regulations: Repealed certain subsections of applicable regulations in 15 AAC 05; Made conforming changes as necessary regarding the Administration of Revenue Laws in 15 AAC 05; Added an Editor's Note to 15 AAC 05.035; Made various corrections to the Citations of Authority; and Made a conforming amendment to 15 AAC 116.630(2) To see the entire text of the final adopted and filed regulations select the following link:
Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the State Board of Veterinary Examiners. On February 1, 2024, the State Board of Veterinary Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 68 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
