Thermo Fisher Scientific Field Service Engineers (FSE’s) are the only certified and factory trained engineers available to service the instruments to maintain the original operating specifications of the Q-Exactive Mass Spectrometer system. As such, supplies, accessories and parts required to service and/or upgrade the instrument can be obtained, installed, and guaranteed in the USA only from Thermo Electron.
All parts used to repair the PerkinElmer mass spectrometer and accessories shall be OEM manufactured parts that meet manufacture regulatory and quality standards.This is not a solicitation.
