The application proposes the following:To withdraw up to 720,000 gallons per day, subject to a maximum combined seasonal limit of 86,400,000 gallons from May 15 through September 15 for an open-loop cooling system for the Alyeska Hotel. Water will be discharged to the hotel pond, which flows into an unnamed stream adjacent to the hotel.
