Flag submarine fendered tugs to provide harbor and towing support for Submarine Moored Training Ship (MTS) 701 (ex USS La Jolla) at Charleston, SC. Support is required to pick-up the MTS 701 from a government tow vessel at the Charleston Harbor entrance and convey her to the Nuclear Power Training Unit (NPTU) South Carolina. The tug services are estimated to take place one time during the period of performance.
