End of Amendment 14ea Video Wall purchase Installation and Maintenance -- Total Small Business Set Aside --Scope:The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to remove and replace four video walls in 3 buildings 4 Rooms at NSWC PCD, Panama City, Florida. NSWC PCD presently has four Barco Video Wall systems, comprising two 4-monitor setups and two 9-monitor setups. All existing monitors are Samsung monitors.
The A/E shall also be responsible for coordination of all design changes with NSWC PCD and NAVFAC. All information shall be submitted to the Government in an expeditious manner to avoid delays to the construction contractor.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for routine preventative maintenance and repair support on the low speed vehicles (LSV’s) currently in use at NSWC PCD. This procurement will be for one base year and up to two option years.

Only ETS-Lindgren can meet the required due date due to their knowledge and familiarity with NSWC PCD’s Anechoic Chamber. If another vendor were to be selected, they would have to come to NSWC PCD to view the chamber configuration to familiarize themselves with the configuration and the bases requirements. This would ultimately delay the revitalization effort to beyond the required timeline, resulting in project delay and unplanned costs.
