Services covered by this application include psychiatry training to increase access to mental health care services by expanding the mental health workforce via training of additional physician assistants and nurse practitioners (PA/NP Psychiatry Training Program).

Two-day training to include Doctors, Nurses, Health Techs, Paramedics/EMTs and Pharmacist to include multiple ED procedures such as lumbar punctures, catheter placement, ultrasound guided IV placement, child birth and the care of women giving childbirth, and other procedures to be determined by ED director. Training will be on-site training and as needed by teleconference/video prior to on-site training.

Medical Flight Attendant: For the purpose of this contract, is a qualified registered nurse who has Critical Care Transport training and is experienced and proficient in the following areas: Is certified in BLS or ACLS. Interprets basic and complex EKG rhythms. Administers, monitors, and titrate IV fluids and vasoactive, inotropic, anti-arrhythmic and narcotic agents under the direction of physicians.
